The Cooperative de télécommunication d’Antoine-Labelle (CTAL) places great importance on respecting your privacy and protecting personal information, which refers to any information about an individual that allows, either alone or in combination with other available information, to identify them. CTAL is incorporated under Quebec laws, and its telecommunications activities are subject to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) (S.C. 2000, c. 5). These terms describe how CTAL collects, uses, discloses, retains, or otherwise processes personal information in the course of its activities, including the provision of its products and services.
