Following a physical breakdown caused by a truck, repairs are now complete and services have been restored.

If you are still experiencing connection problems, we invite you to restart your equipment.

For members subscribing to the TV service using a Wi-Fi connection, the set-top box may not automatically reconnect. In this case, access the settings and re-enter your Wi-Fi password.
