Please note that Videotron will be performing scheduled maintenance on its network overnight on June 2. You may experience service degradation or even a complete loss of network connectivity. The work involves replacing an optical cable.
Start: June 2 at 12:00 a.m.
End: June 2 at 3:00 a.m.
Expected service interruption: 30 minutes

End: June 3 at 4:00 a.m.
Expected service interruption: 4 hours
Affected services: Internet, television, and telephone.
This preventive maintenance is essential to maintain the performance of our equipment.
Telephony: Since service will be interrupted during this period, we encourage you to notify your loved ones and make the necessary arrangements in case of an emergency.
Television: For members using the Wi-Fi TV service, the set-top box may no longer be connected to the network after maintenance. Please go to the settings to reselect the correct Wi-Fi network.
After maintenance, if you experience difficulties with the services, please restart your equipment (modem and router) to restore the connection.
