If you live in Lac-du-Cerf, Kiamika, Rivière-Rouge, La Macaza, Nominingue, L’Ascension, Ste-Anne-du-Lac, Mont-St-Michel, Lac St-Paul, Chute-St-Philippe, Mont-Laurier, Lac-des-Écorces or Saint-Aimé-du-Lac-des-Îles the service is already available to you. Simply contact us at 819 623-2825 to schedule your appointment.
To ensure a smooth deployment and optimal resource management, the service will gradually become available throughout our region, and this year, we will extend our coverage to all municipalities. Be assured, we will contact you when the service becomes available in yours.

[TV SET] Is my TV set compatible with CTAL TV?
In order to enjoy the service, your television must have an HDMI input. We provide an IPTV set-top box, which will be connected to your television via an HDMI cable.
Our television service is not an application that you download.
[TV SET] I have more than one TV set. What should I do?
You will need one set-top box per television.
Since the first set-top box is included in your plan, you will need to add one set-top box per additional television.
Each additional set-top box is available at a cost of 6$ per month.
[DECODER] Does the set-top box need to be connected via wired mode?
YES. In order to perform a service check in case of a loss of connection or other difficulties, the set-top box must be connected via wired mode to the router.
A wired connection is considered more stable and reliable than a wireless connection. It is less susceptible to electromagnetic interference and signal fluctuations.
Wi-Fi connection is less reliable than wired connection, especially in environments where the signal is weakened by obstacles such as walls, furniture, floors, or interference.

Digital recording is a paid option at a cost of 2.50$ per month.
This option allows you to record up to 150 hours of shows.
You are also able to record up to 5 shows simultaneously.
[RECORDINGS] Will I lose my recordings if I change my set-top box?
No. Thanks to the cloud-based recorder, all your recordings remain associated with your account. Even in the event of your set-top box breaking, you keep all your recording data.
All recordings are stored in the cloud, on a common server.
[RECORDINGS] How long can I keep my recordings?
You can keep your recordings for one year. After that, the recording is automatically deleted.
